How big is your screen res? I don't know if the white would be such a good idea since it would make everything open and could ruin your screen.

I know, it's just bad for your monitor color because when you put it on, it opens every pixel and if you keep your computer on a lot with out it being on a screen saver it will bleach out the color and over time ruin the monitor which is why I usually stay away from white backgrounds. I could probably change the background color for you so that it wouldn't harm your screen if you would like it as a wallpaper.

Yeah if you're running a 20 year old CRT monitor. Where did you pick that up!?!? Seriously, Screen savers aren't even needed any more cause monitor burn has been wiped out. It just doesn't happen anymore. White wallpaper is fine. I have had my Akira WP up for over a year before and my color is fine on both my lappy and my PC.

Lol, I'm not worried about burn. I'm worried about the colors dulling. You don't notice it till you look at new computer screens. (Since you are always looking at both your screens contently and over prolonged time.) My dell desktop isn't that old with LCD's. The older one that is the main one is duller and desaturated compared to the second that was hardly ever used as the main. The colors are less dull and vibrant on that one, still.
